One number for your business, answered wherever you are. Live in minutes — not after a three-week "provisioning process".
Every desk-phone feature without the desk phone. It runs on the mobile already in your pocket.
Know which ads actually ring, route calls to whoever should answer, and stop losing leads to a voicemail nobody checks.
Your business calls, inside the tool your team already lives in. Yes, really.
A human picks up when you can't. Your customers never meet the voicemail void.
Australian-based people who like talking to customers. Revolutionary, we know.
This is where it all started. In 2006 I kept watching small businesses get quoted small fortunes for phone systems that the big end of town treated as standard equipment — 1300 numbers, smart call routing, systems that made a two-person operation sound like a thousand-person one. It wasn't just expensive; it was wrapped in so much telco jargon you needed a translator and a lawyer to sign up.
The gap was obvious and, to me, unforgivable: the size of your business shouldn't decide the quality of your phone system.
So Simple Telecom was born with one job — take away the confusing jargon, make it easy to implement, and price it so a startup can actually afford to look professional. Give the little guys the same tools the big end of town uses, minus the drama, the hold music, and the contracts engineered to outlive their usefulness.
Two decades later, the mission hasn't shifted an inch. The products grew with the technology — hosted VoIP, call tracking, Microsoft Teams integration, live answering — but the promise is the same one we made in 2006: professional business communications, minus the complexity.
And yes, we actually like talking to customers. It's on the website. It's also true.
Numbers, VoIP and routing for Australian businesses that would rather run the business than the phone system.
